Personal One-on-One Coaching

Personal coaching is available on an initial three-month coaching retainer which includes three telephone coaching sessions of 30-40 minutes, unlimited email, and as-needed touch-ins via telephone. After that we can continue the same arrangement, decrease the number of sessions per month, or move to an as-needed basis.

Momentum Coaching

Momentum coaching is group coaching at it's best! It is focused on individuals who are working to implement an idea or project, or attain a specific goal. Group coaching leverages the possibilities for growth and effective change because you learn from each other as well as from your coach. This small group of 4-8 participants meets via telephone for 45 minutes three times per month for three months with options for continuing with or without new members. Between phone calls, the group trades insights and solutions and shares their successes and challenges through a private listserv created for each group. Cost is $160 per month.

Strengthening the Journey

This group-coaching experience centers on self-learning through life experience. Writing prompts are used to facilitate connection to your purpose, passion and dreams, leverage the knowledge and wisdom you've gained through your life experiences, and create the stories of your tomorrows. You will also gain the tools to gather the stories of your loved ones. This small group of 4-8 participants meets via telephone for 45 minutes three times per month. Between calls participants will have writing assignments and will be part of a listserv so they can connect with other members. Writing assignments are used only as a way to facilitate your learning and will not be edited or reviewed for writing skills. No writing experience or skills necessary. Cost is $160 per month.
