Dr. Babineaux is a practicing pediatrician on the southern border of the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. She has been caring for children for over thirty years. Dr. B, as she is lovingly known, currently owns and operates The Pediatric Care Center, which has three locations providing services in the healthcare shortage areas of South Texas. Dr.B also serves as Director of her non-profit, The Child Wellness Network (CWN). The CWN offers many services for children and families of the Rio Grande Valley.
