Want to be great at life and leadership? Our personal and professional expansion package will help you get more out of your personal and professional life, set and attain goals, or launch a new project/ business. Our coaching will help you reach your goals at a faster rate, and YOU also get to design the life that is best for you. We help guide you to: Design effective targeted goals Ignite action to propel forward Achieve greater impact through personal accountability What Coaching is NOT? Professional coaching is NOT therapy, consulting, mentoring, training, or athletic development. While it can serve as an adjunct to any of these disciplines, professional coaching is meant to promote self-actualization and responsibility. What does the process include? • Foundation Session; • 12 one on one coaching sessions; • Leadership and/or personality assessment as needed; • Referrals to complementary professionals as needed; and • Optional laser coaching sessions (a laser coaching session is brief, to the point, and focused on a specific situation, challenge, or insight to get you back on track fast.) What is the time commitment? Our coaching is a minimum six-month journey with an option to renew for an additional six months or month to month based on client needs. The time commitment is an initial foundation session of 2.5 to 3 hours, and two 45-minute virtual sessions each month. What does a coaching session look like? Coaching is a client-driven process. You will be responsible for leading the coaching session. This means that you will come prepared to the call knowing what you want to be coached on. There will be commitments and/or inquiries given during our calls. And I will follow up with commitments and/or inquiries from the previous session. From time to time, articles, videos, or other learning items may be suggested. It is your choice to complete it or not. You own your process. What about confidentiality?
