Competition brings competitors to the arena
We, as an American culture, love to see rivalries. Those in the same field pitted against each other to determine who is the best at what they do.
Sports games, artists singing within the same genre, children residing within the same school; We love to see rivalries where competitors highlight their unique talents and traits to be crowned the greatest of all time.
But, at the end of the day, when the trophies have been awarded and the crowd goes home, there is no real winner or loser; in the end, everyone wins.

We all have unique gifts and talents that help define who we are and the value we bring to society. When you are walking in your gift, there is room for you!

When the Superbowl trophy has been won, football doesn't just end. There's another season. Another shot to be the best!
Take me, for instance. I'm one of probably thousands of executive coaches. But there is only one who does it like me because my gifts are different from others. No one better, no one worse, just different.
And, there’s always room for new talent! My vibe will attract my tribe.
Proverbs 18:16 says “A person’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great people.”
No one can do it like you. Based on your background, experiences and innate talents, there is no one like you and there are others out there looking for specifically YOU.
That is what we call a gift. A gift is what you bring to the world that no one can out-do because they are not you.
